Did you know that Chakras or energy centers in the body originated in 1500 BC in India and that the health of one’s Chakras is associated with one’s mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness?  The Chakras have deep roots in energy work and Yoga has been associated with Chakra work from the beginning!

I am here to teach you about your 7 main Chakras in a fun and active way.  In this course, you will receive:
